You will play a crucial role in ending our reliance on Excel for data storage, helping us mature our data management practices.

We offer an excellent opportunity for professional and personal development together with like-minded, friendly, and talented colleagues who prioritise delivering the best results while remembering to share a good laugh.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with various departments and teams at all levels within the company.
  • Implement and advocate for best practices in master data management.
  • Leverage tools such as Power Platform and Fabric to enhance data management processes.

So, who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in master data management, particularly in migrating data from Excel to more robust platforms.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform is preferred; experience with Fabric and Databricks is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for data management and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Additionally, we find it important that you possess the following competencies:

  • Thriving with a variety of different tasks.

  • Experience in a similar role within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data stewardship principles.

Additionally, it is crucial that you possess an entrepreneurial mindset and are willing to learn and grow together with Better Energy. We are in constant development and our team must not just be ready to develop with the company but also enjoy the growth journey we are on.

This is, of course, a wish list from our side. If you do not match every criterion, please do not be discouraged from applying. Let us know why we would be a great fit and what you uniquely can bring to the table.

Our promise to you

Working at Better Energy should be inspiring, fun and guided by purpose.
